COMMUNITY PRACTICES & 5 ELEMENT MEDITATION
Caitlin Rose Kenney facilitates a community practice that introduces pranayama and meditation techniques. Practice is followed by teatime and group discussion. Tuesday February 25th, March 4th, and 11th 7:15-8:30PM. All levels welcome.
Pod Evolve community workshop series culminates in a powerful 2-hour meditation ritual on Tuesday March 18th from 7:15-9:15pm. Reveal a more vibrant way of being via the 5 elements: earth, fire, water, air and space. Practice meditations for chakra clearing, grounding and awareness of the elements in the body, plus a healing meditative asana sequence. Woven with Native American medicine, this is a deeply intuitive meditation practice, to clear, shield and protect mind/body/spirit.
